The staff, notably Alma's, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, even assisting with fixing the room's AC promptly. the round-the-clock vehicle arrangements to the Haram were seamless and convenient, allowing for easy access. Despite the sloping location, the small bus service offered mitigated this inconvenience. the dedication of the room service staff, who were incredibly helpful and polite, added a personal touch to the stay. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction, making my time there truly unforgettable.
